Made from solid beech wood.

Comes with tension spring.

The easiest way to install and remove upper handguards is to place the gas tube in a vise and twist the handguard on/off, it may be difficult to install this without a vise.

Nice piece

Excellent quality wood and work. Wood has great grain. Obviously, the grain will vary by piece but the one I got will go really nicely with the lower hand guard I already have. It came 2-3mm short for my Arsenal SLR-107R, but no one else will notice.
